Secret identity: Rosie Thomas (Known to the public)
Background: (Altered Human) Back in WWII, Rosie the Riveter was the symbol of the homefront. An armada of hard-working women joined together to help provide for our soldiers. What most don't realize is that rosie was an actual person. Rosie "the Riveter" O'Shea was one of the many factory workers during the war. After the war, Rosie attempted to keep her job, but the soldiers had come back looking to reclaim their old ones leaving Rosie with nothing. Furious at the pigheadedness of American society, she began several feminist movements which inevitably ended in failure. But she again inspired several other females who began fighting to reclaim jobs. In 1955, Rosie settled into a nice position working as a janitor for a research facility in Colorado. It was here that Rosie would accidentally absorb radiation from a nuclear experiment, which left her DNA somewhat altered. Before succumbing to cancer in 1975, Rosie would marry Buck Thomas and produce one child, a son named Buck Thomas Jr. Later, that son would go on to marry and produce a child named Rosie, after his mother. Little did Mr. Thomas know was that parts from his grandmother's altered genes were passed on to his daughter granting her super human strength and endurance. Rosie would eventually master these powers at age 20 and decided to take up her grandmother's nickname Rosie the Riveter in order to fight the pigheaded corruption of her country. An uber feminist, Rosie is confident and determined to get her way no matter what it takes. Currently, she is located in Sallensville, Georgia fighting off menacing gambling rings and other assorted criminal activities.
