Doctor Double-X (In Agency Custody)

Superhero name: Doctor Double X
Secret Identity: Dr. Simon Ecks
Gender: Male
Origin: (Altered Human). A lonely and introverted research scientist Dr. Simon Ecks discovered that the energy auras that surround every human being could be amplified, given enormous power and enabled to function separately from their host body. Ecks without waiting to test his invention, used it on himself and created an energy duplicate he dubbed Double X, but his fragile mind was unhinged by the experiment and now dominated by his energy duplicate, Ecks went on a crime spree.
Defeated by Batman and Robin, Ecks was committed to Arkham Asylum for the criminally insane. Escaping months later from the Asylum, Ecks recreated his energy duplicate and renewed his crime spree but was defeated when Batman created his own energy duplicate to defeat him. In fact Double X was not really dead but asleep in Ecks body. Ecks realized this and stuck his finger in a light socket and this time it took the combined efforts of Batman and Superman to thwart his plans.
Escaping from Arkham one final time, Ecks joined forces with Rainbow Raider but was defeated by the Batman and The Flash. Ecks is currently in Arkham Asylum, but for how long remains to be seen.
Last august, Ecks staged a daring escape, via provoking an inmate to throw him at a light. The subsequent reaction with the electric source allowed Ecks to access his double and break out of Arkham. He then chose to relocate to the Big Apple and was recruited to act as a scout of sorts for an underground super fighting organization, however little is known of his activities with this group, before he was thwarted by the Agency member known as Bedrock and an unlikely rookie hero, Metal Spyke. Currently, he is in the Agency's custody.

•Flight: It can fly at 50 m/s in the air. He often will carry Ecks with him when he flies.
•Electrical bolts: It can generate light bolts(20 ranks). This bolt causes damage through intense light. The bolt is golden and deals rank damage. 5 energy points per use.
•Strength: It has super strength at (30 ranks)(+150 to strength). The character with this power can lift heavy objects with ease. For every rank in this power the character gains a +5 to their strength stat.

The hero with this talent gains a +2 bonus to their Reason when dealing with hydroelectric dams, nuclear-electric plants, and so on. +30 to popularity and +$40 to resources per each rank in this talent.
Electrochemistry (5 ranks)- This talent deals with the relation of electricity to chemical changes and with the interconversion of chemical and electrical energy. Any hero possessing this talent gains a +2 bonus to their Reason when pertaining to the application or research of the above information. +30 to popularity and +$40 to resources per each rank in this talent.
Radiobiology (5 ranks)- The hero with this biology talent gains bonuses to the research and application of the interaction of biological systems and radiant energy or radioactive
materials. In addition, with every 2 ranks in this talent the hero gains a +1 Endurance against radioactive and radiant energy attacks. Also immunity from radioactive effects and poisoning.
Radio Astronomy (5 ranks)-Any hero who possesses this talent is well versed in astronomy dealing with electromagnetic radiations of radio frequency received from outside the Earth's atmosphere, and gains bonuses according to any actions dealing with this material. +1 Reasoning every 6 ranks in this talent.
