Natural Weaponry: Can create bio mass appendages used for self defense.

Energy Projectile blasts: Able to generate energy blasts from self.

Elemental Kinesis: Able to control/manipulate elements.

Telepathy: Can read minds, communicate through minds, cause amnesia, and illusions.

Telekinesis: Can move things with ones mind.

Psionic amplification: Can create weapons and armor using their mind.

Elemental Transformation: Can change ones atomic structure to match a particular element.

Super Strength: Body is super durable and grants extraordinary strength.

Super Speed: Body is capable of hyper-sonic speeds.

Gravity Manipulation: Can alter the affects of gravity on objects.

Self-adaptation: Body alters itself for survival.

Super intellect: Person is capable of exceptional high cognitive reasoning processes. And can understand information almost instantaneously.

Powerstealing: Can steal the abilities of others temporarily.

Background:

Time: 2040

Place: London, the unfashionable side (or what's left of it).

In the early 2000s, the first human is cloned. VonShelling, a gifted geneticist famed for modifying the DNA of certain organisms, takes interest in this bit of news and then postulates to the world that humanity can be improved. After gathering additional research and running a few experimental tests, VonShelling's team manages to produce the first successful genetically modified organism (GMO), Adam, in 2025. Adam wasdesigned with an improved immune system and excelled cellular regeneration properties. This made him immuned to so many diseases that had confounded pathologists for years, and it would lead to world wide support to VonShelling's research. Eventually, more genetically advanced humans were designed by his team, yet conflict between homo sapien natural and homo sapien superior, soon led to a fierce rebellion.

A battle unlike any other in our world's short history, erupted. Most of the archives about the events leading up to the Genesis Wars were destroyed. VonShelling himself was murdered by one of his own creations. Yet his work was preserved and in a last stitch effort, human scientists formed a secret program called the Genome Project. Working diligently, these men and women of intelligence tried to come up with a formula for granting normal humans with genetically advanced abilities like the GMOs. Many volunteers for the project perished, except for a few surviving participants who have begun their training and cognitive function tests.

Basic Stats:

Str = Lifting, Non-weapon physical damage, Wielding weapons, and other physical activities.

Dex = accuracy (both ranged and melee) and dodging ability.

Con = resistance to everything and health.

Int = Reasoning and learning ability.

Wis = intuition about certain information, based on personal experience.

Cha = Dashing good looks and likeability.

Skills:

-No magic in this role playing.

Any additional skills to be learned will have to be rolled for by using 1d20.

1-9 skill is not learned
10-12 skill is learned to some degree (roll 1d6)
13-15 skill is learned pretty well (roll 1d10)
16-17 skill is moderately known (roll 1d20)
18-19 skill is pretty well known (roll 1d20 +5)
20 character is great with skill (20 +1d10)


Powers:

Each person will create a list of three powers and then may choose 1 as their own. Characters may only have one generalized power, and once chosen, they cannot switch powers.

Leveling Up:

Players do not gain experience in the traditional sense, but rather they accumulate gene points (gp) which may be used to purchase skill points for pre-existing learned skills and stats. The costs for such things are shown below:

10 gp = 1 skill point

20gp = 1 stat point


The amount of gp gained per task or activity is determined by the DM.
